These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Kas Allegro website and any reservation or stay booked through Kas Allegro. By accessing this website or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. General Information

This website is operated by NLC Real Estate Beheer en Verhuur B.V., trading as Kas Allegro.

2. Scope of Services

Kas Allegro offers short-term vacation rental accommodation in Bonaire. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Reservation

Reservations are confirmed only after written confirmation and payment.
We reserve the right to refuse bookings.
The booking party must be at least 18 years old.

4. Prices

Prices vary by season, length of stay, and number of guests.
Additional fees may apply (cleaning, taxes, utilities).

5. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required to secure the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before arrival.

6. Cancellation Policy

Check-in: after 15:00
Check-out: before 11:00

8. Guest Responsibilities

Respect the property and neighbors.
No parties or illegal activities.
Guests are liable for damages.

9. Liability

Kas Allegro is not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, or disruptions beyond reasonable control.
